TripsMitra respects your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Use this page to request deletion of your account, access a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, or withdraw marketing consent.

Certain records must be stored for statutory periods, including invoices, payment confirmations, and contracts with on-ground partners. When deletion is not possible, we retain the minimum data required and restrict it to compliance personnel only.

3) How to Submit a Request

  1. Email us from your registered address at contact@tripsmitra.com or call +91 8722222211 / +91 8884477768. Include "Data Request" in the subject line.
  2. Specify the type of request (deletion, access, correction, marketing opt-out) and list the bookings or services involved.
  3. We will verify your identity by OTP, recent booking information, or payment references before processing the request. This prevents unauthorised access.
  4. Upon verification, we will confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete eligible requests within 15 working days unless an extension is required by law.
